Each of our four co-founders hold a 25% equity stake in the company, creating a balanced ownership structure. As co-founders, we bring a diverse and complementary set of skills and experiences to the leadership team, ensuring a well-rounded approach to company management and strategic decision-making. The company operates without external investors, maintaining full control and direction within the founding team.

Our Founders

Alfredo Lewis

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

With over 30 years of combined experience in active duty, contracting, and government civilian roles, Mr. Lewis possesses a robust background in operational planning and mission support for the U.S. Army and Air Force. As CEO, he is responsible for developing and executing overall business strategy, fostering key client relationships, and guiding the company's long-term vision.

Eric Hoffman

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Mr. Hoffman brings more than 30 years of diverse experience across active duty, contracting, and government civilian positions, with particular expertise in Air Force operational planning and mission support. In his role as COO, he oversees day-to-day operations, implements strategic policies, and cultivates a strong company culture that aligns with our mission and values.

William Alverson

Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO)

Mr. Alverson's 25-year career spans active duty, contracting, and government civilian roles, with a focus on operational planning, futures/innovation, and mission support for the Air Force. He also brings a wealth of knowledge with a Bachelor of Science in Logistics Management. As CBDO, he is responsible for cultivating client and business partner relationships, identifying new sales prospects, and driving sustainable business growth in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Adrian Golliday

Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

With 29 years of combined active duty and contractor experience, Ms. Golliday has a strong foundation in systems databases and logistical support within the Air Force. As CCO, she ensures strict adherence to government regulations, maintains ethical standards, and manages reporting requirements in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
